Hi there,
My name is Antony (how creative did I get with the blog title?), I am based in the UK, i'm 23 years old and have a 3 year old daughter with my partner Liz.
This blog is pretty much a place for me to post my thoughts on areas of the Bible that I find interesting or worth a mention. I don't claim to be religious at all nor do I argue that God does not exsist, I suppose you could call me Agnostic (that's if I have understood the meaning of that word correctly). I also am not going to pretend that I understand or have fully grasped what I am reading, that's where you guys will come in, I am hoping this blog will be a place to discuss the Bible in a grown up manner.
The main reason for me starting this blog, other than the fact I'm always looking to learn new things, is that after watching the follow up to Louis Theroux's infamous documentary on the Westborough Baptist Church I want to understand why they think that what they are doing is right. I don't feel that I'll ever agree with them at all, I just don't want to make an ignorant, uneducated judgement of them.
